These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Play USA Gaming website, chat and app (the "Service"), operated by Play USA Gaming ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

4. Points and referral rewards

• Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are redeemable only as described in the Service.
• Referral points are given only for real people who sign up with your link and use the chat. Fake or duplicate accounts are not allowed.
• We may change, pause or end the points and referral program, and remove points gained through abuse.

5. Acceptable use

Do not harass our team or other users, send illegal or harmful content, try to break or overload the Service, or use it for fraud. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Third-party games

Games shown on the Service may be owned and run by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, rules or outcomes. Game names and logos belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes we will let you know on the site or in the chat. Using the Service after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we are registered, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
